So I made this dinner tonight. And it was totally awesome.

Open faced chicken suiza sammie

Mashed blackbeans with sour cream and a bit of lime juice

Spanish rice (lipton style, right from the bag).

On a busy Wednesday... I am quite impressed with my dinner efforts.
