I decided it was time for the big thaw this weekend. So I thawed chicken breasts, pork tenderloin, and ground beef. I was hoping to get a jump start on cooking and have some easy go-to dinners for this week and weekend. (We both have some sort of commitment most evenings for the next 9 days).
As usual my day/week is not going as planned so I ended up making to crock-pot dinners tonight. They will be eaten for lunch tomorrow, on Friday by Mr. R (I am in Sea World), and this weekend.
On the menu:
Pulled chicken suiza (Rachael Ray's recipe turned crock-pot style by me)
BBQ pulled pork
Chili
Loaded baked potatoes
Wow, double crockpots...you are serious!
