Wednesday: Pioneer Woman's chicken pot pie with salad
Thursday: Rachael Ray's Stuffed Peppers
Friday: Chicken Tiki Masala in the crock with naan
Saturday: DISNEY!
I think we are stopping at IKEA on the way home so swedish meatballs might be in order.
Menu plan...that's what I've been procrastinating doing all day. I just can't seem to decide what to have this week. I think it may be salad smorgasbord every night. I'm in the need of more fresh, raw food (and poor Matt will have to live with it).
ReplyDeleteI love salad bar nights supper easy yet so good. Maybe you could get a rotisserie chicken for Matt. It's also a super easy option.
