Day 3: Trying Slynnro's workout


1. Treadmill: speed 4.5, increasing the incline from 5.0 to 8.0 over 30 minutes
2. Arc Trainer: course weight loss, level 7 (30 minutes)
3. Elliptical: Incline 7 - 10; resistance 7. (30 minutes)
4. Abs & push-ups (5o each)

I also want to share tonight's dinner with you. It took 15 minutes to prep this dinner and then I let it cook in the crock all day. Ingredients: 3 chicken breasts, 2 cans of black beans (drain & rinse), one jar of salsa, 2 cups of frozen corn, 4 cups of low sodium chicken broth. So good!
