The Ingredients
I layered the pork, the sauce, the beer, and topped the mixture with cilantro.
7 hours (in the crock, set on low) I came home to this.
I served the pork on hoagie rolls topped with coleslaw.
Mr. R. and I don't eat mayonnaise so our coleslaw contains 1 cup of shredded cabbage, 1 avocado, 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce, and salt and pepper.
I am already looking forward to leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
