I've always found some women's love affair with shoes peculiar, and am so glad I don't have one.
If it were up to me, we would go barefoot whenever possible. In the meantime I'll stick to my worn in flip flops...although I've had to wear socks a sneakers lately with this incredibly "cold" winter.
p.s. I've really had jobs where I could take my shoes off as soon as I get there and walk around barefoot the entire time!
I do love shoes, but my favorite pair of all time is my broken in birks that the store refused to resole because they were too worn. Jeff threaten to get me a new pair every year, but I am very attached to my current pair.
And a job that lets you go barefoot is awesome! Oh how I wish the public school system would be okay with that.
