WORST RUN EVER!

So I think I have a shin splint on my left leg. I have been running on a sore hamstring which has messed up my form thus causing severe pain in my calf to shin region... I ran two miles before giving up and calling it a day.

After some major stretching, ice, and advil I am feeling better, but not great. Looks like I might be finishing out the 21 day streak on the elliptical machine. Boo!

  1. Oh no! You know what may help? Compression sleeves! They help my shin splints when I get them. They sell cheap-o ones at Walgreens or you can get the Zensah ones which are great too.

  2. Matt gets bad shin splints too, and ices nearly after every run. He bought these ice packs at CVS called PEAS, and the little blue beads resemble and work just like a bag of frozen peas.
