Pip and Miss Rita headed to the library Halloween morning for story hour, a Halloween, parade, and trick-or-treating. She raided her dress-up cabinet and chose to be a kitty cat. As a leopard loving Jersey girl I could not be a prouder Mama.
Miss Rita said Pip loved the Halloween stories and me-owed at EVERYONE when they asked her what she was. Her newest word is thank-you and she thanked everyone for her trick-or-treat loot.
All the Halloween excitement resulted in a three hour afternoon nap! She was still sleeping when I walked in the door 3:30.
The three hour nap and the promise of candy had her raring to go at 5:30 for our neighborhood Halloween tour.
Pip's party loot: mini pumpkin, halloween cup, stickers, whistle, clapper, necklace, frisbee, and a lollipop. By far the mini pumpkin and the plastic cup are her favorites.
