I took a night off from the gym tonight to get ahead on cooking.
I made two dinners in one!
Dinner #1: Rachael Ray's Alphabet Pasta
Dinner #2: Bacon, apple, and Gruyere grilled cheese
They were both so good I decided to have a little of each.
Happiness is truly carbs and cheese.
On a totally different note, I am down a pound!
Thank goodness the scale finally budged!
