Every two weeks or so Pip sees me wipe down our chalkboard wall, then wash it with soap and water. And then she sees me pull out the chalk and draw on it all over again.
Earlie this summer I bought her large pieces of sidewalk chalk and she has been drawing along the bottom third of our chalkboard wall. Today however, she decided to follow in my footsteps, climb on one of our dining room chairs and add her own designs to my work. Mr. R. thought I would be ticked, but I have to say I love it. Imitation is the best form of flattery after all!
